This Privacy Policy explains how TOO Lunapp (Lunapp) ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Alfabird mobile application, related in-app features, and the website available at alfa-bird.com (collectively, the "Service").

Alfabird is an educational mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Some features are available for free, while some courses or unlocks may be offered as paid in-app purchases. This Policy applies to both the website and the mobile application, unless a section says otherwise.

2. Information We Collect

2.2 Information collected automatically in the mobile app

  • App usage data, such as launches, session duration, lesson completion, screen flow, feature interaction, purchases, and other in-app events.
  • Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash logs, error reports, technical events, and app stability information.
  • Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, language, country, approximate location derived from IP or device settings, app version, and network connectivity information.
  • Advertising identifiers, such as IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android, where available and permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
  • Identifiers generated by analytics, attribution, advertising, or anti-fraud SDKs used in the app.

2.3 Purchase-related information

  • We may receive information that a purchase, refund, or subscription event has occurred, including product identifier, store region, transaction status, and timestamp.
  • We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

2.4 Website data and cookie-like technologies

  • When you visit our website, we may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and basic traffic data.
  • We may use cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, and similar technologies on the website, and SDK-based identifiers in the mobile app. Please see our Cookie Policy for more information.

3. Why We Use Your Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, maintain, and improve Alfabird and related website functionality;
  • to deliver lessons, unlock paid content, restore entitlements where supported, and keep the Service working properly;
  • to understand how users engage with lessons, courses, flashcards, quizzes, and other educational features;
  • to detect bugs, crashes, abuse, fraud, and technical issues;
  • to show advertising, measure ad performance, and manage ad frequency where the app includes ads;
  • to personalize certain features, such as language, region, or content availability;

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent where required by law, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers and partners who help us operate the Service.

5.1 App stores and payment platforms

These platforms process payments under their own privacy policies. We do not store your card details.

5.2 Analytics, attribution, and diagnostics

Our apps may use one or more analytics or attribution tools, including Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Flurry, to understand usage, performance, installs, and campaign attribution.

5.3 Advertising and monetization partners

Where the app contains ads, we may use ad mediation or advertising partners such as Appodeal and AdMob. These providers may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, usage data, and device information in accordance with their own policies.

5.4 Support and communication

If you contact support, we may process your message and attached information through email providers and internal support tools.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, Israel, the European Union, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Alfabird is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Policy, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Users aged 13 to 17 should review this Policy with a parent or legal guardian.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can also manage certain data practices yourself:

  • disable personalized advertising in your iOS or Android settings;
  • reset or limit your advertising identifier on your device;

  • stop using the Service or uninstall the app.
